This picture shows the Basement level of this large home. The highly insulated rear wall is also the retaining wall.
Some interior walls were also built with ECO-Block.
The floor slab has hydronic heating through out. The concrete slab that is to sit on these walls to create the floor for the upper level will also have hydronic floor heating through out.
